Be sure to hike to the summit for a great view of Peggy's Cove and the surrounding area. This massive granite whalesback shaped island affords an amazing view. Camping overnight is permitted but watch out for thr resident ghost and be sure to take out everything you take in. You will find kayak outfitters at Shining Waters Marina in Tantallon.
